Swedish Massage
Swedish massage uses the hands, forearms, and elbows to rub the muscles with long gliding strokes to the direction of the blood returning to the heart.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage in an ancient healing practice with its roots tracing in India. The doctor Jivaka Kumar Bhaccha (over 2500 years ago) from northern India is believed to be the founder of this healing art.
Thai Yoga Massage works with invisible energy lines that run through the body. Similar as inYoga Philosophy the human constitution consists of five bodies -“Pancha Koshas” (physical body-energy body-mental body-chakras system-spirit). Each Body-Kosha interrelates with the others. Pranamaya Kosha is the energetic body and it consists of a systemof energy lines called Nadis through which vital life force energy runs. Thai Yoga Massageworks along the most important of the energy lines and acupressure points that are foundacross the lines.

Thai Foot Massage
Thai Foot Massage (Nuad Pan Boran) is an ancient healing technique that focuses on the feet,lower legs and knees to stretch the energy lines (Sen lines) of the body that run through thebody and end at the soles of the feet. It uses manipulation with hands, fingers, thumbs,knuckles, a small rounded wooden stick and cream or oil. Pressure points at the sole of the feetcorrespond to a specific organ and function of the body and through manipulation of thesepoints good health is being generated.

Tok Sen Treatment
Tok = Tapping or Pounding
Sen = Energy Line
This ancient Thai practice involves the use of a wooden hammer and a wedge made of tamarind wood. It relaxes the muscles by rhythmically tapping the hammer and wedge. The therapist works along the energy lines and trigger points (as seen in Thai Yoga Massage) and it restores energy or could relieve illnesses.
