Anahata Yoga is a flowing and holistic style of Hatha Yoga that integrates body, mind, and spirit. Hatha yoga means the union (yoga= to yoke) of sun (‘ha’) and moon (‘tha’). The sun represents the consciousness of Shiva who resides in Sahasrara Chakra in the crown of the head and the moon represents Shakti, the intelligence of the body, which resides in Muladhara Chakra in the base of the spine.
Anahata Yoga offers a meditative and flowing asana practice, named the Dance of Shiva and Shakti. The practice creates vitality and strength, increases flexibility and balance while promoting the natural ability of the body to heal and generate energy
In an energetic level, it is designed to open the energy channels in the body. It invites the body intelligence (energy of Shakti) to rise through Sushumna to the crown of the head and unite with consciousness (energy of Shiva)
The practice includes pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
Anahata Yoga aims to enable each practitioner to find their way to their true potential, coming from a space of love, without judgment or comparison to others.

The Five Elements Form

The Five Element Form is an ancient Yoga tradition.
It consists of a sequence of flowing movements, originally designed to energize and strengthen the bodies of people in long hours of seated meditation.
The Form draws on the forces of nature, earth, water, fire, air, and akasha, to purify, revitalize the body and help one reach their potential.
Everyone can practice the Form regardless of age, flexibility or strength.
No previous yoga experience is needed.

300HOURS YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
Anahata Yoga is a very old and rare tradition which maintains the opening of the Heart Chakra as a connecting point between the male (Shiva) and female (Shakti) energy and represents love, compassion, balance and union.
Before we can share our unconditional love with other people, it’s important to open our heart to ourselves first, to truly love ourselves exactly the way we are and to be compassionate about the things we would like to change. Knowing that with the gift of free will we have the ability to choose to change and create whatever we can imagine.
In this course, you’ll learn many tools that will help you on this heart opening journey. Peter will share his own practices with you, which will teach you to come home to your heart again, to listen to your intuition and not what your mind tells you to do.
You’ll get a deeper insight into the Anahata Yoga Philosophy, learn about Shiva who is said to be the first yogi, the Adiyogi, and you’ll learn more about who you are, how to open your heart with the help of meditations, and share that beautiful energy with someone else during Heart to Heart Meditations

ABOUT THE ANAHATA YOGA IMMERSIONS
Anahata Yoga Immersions are an opportunity to improve your knowledge and practices of the magical aspects of Inner Yoga.
These Anahata Yoga Immersions are suitable for a wide range of people who would like to immerse themselves in an ancient Yoga tradition that teaches people how to love themselves unconditionally.
This comes direct from Shiva, the Adiyogi, who taught Shakti the Dance of Love “I want to join with you, open my heart to you without any expectations, give you all of my love without any conditions, honour and respect this love and never do anything to harm this love, and to create the strength I need to be this loving.“
These people may range from those who already have an existing Yoga practice to those people beginning their Yoga journey that want to create a strong foundation for their Yoga practice.
Each Yoga Immersion is separate but adds to the knowledge and practices of the student from the Yoga Immersion done before until all 6 Yoga Immersions are completed.
During each Yoga Immersion, the student is taught how to explore their own unique personal potential for the many different paths and practices of Yoga.
Let’s grow and evolve together, acknowledging our power of creation and learn to create everything for ourselves, not needing anything from outside.
Module 1 is addressed to yoga teachers and advanced yoga practitioners or to anyone who is inspired by and resonates with their content.
If you would like to deepen your practice but you are not interested in the 300H certification, you are welcome to join us.
We have an alternative schedule that will provide you with more free time to enjoy your holiday.
